Kyle Allen, Vice President
Kyle Allen heads the firm’s Property Management Department and has been a part of the TY Commercial Group team since 1993. Mr. Allen previously led the leasing division of EquiSource Realty Corporation and was a Property Manager for CBS Property Services. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A & M University, and his MBA from Amber University. He has held a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License since 1986.
Will Maness, Sr. Prop. Mgr., ACoM/Leasing Agent
Will Maness has been with TY Commercial Group since 2018. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska and has held a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License since 2012. Will has previous experience in residential property management, leasing and sales.
Conrad Peterson, Leasing Agent
As head of TY Commercial Group’s Leasing Department, Conrad Petersen, with the assistance of his staff, has successfully leased over 6,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate projects. In addition to project leasing, Mr. Petersen offers tenant representation services.
Mr. Petersen entered the DFW commercial real estate market in 1984 as a project leasing specialist. Prior to joining TY Commercial Group in 1994, he held positions with CBRE and POB Montgomery and Co. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and has held his Texas Real Estate Broker License since 1986.
Patricia Lopez, Property Manager/Leasing Agent
Patricia Lopez joined TY Commercial Group in 2022. She attended Purvis Real Estate Training Institute of Fort Worth and has held a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License since 2004. Patricia has previous experience in commercial sales and leasing, as well as residential sales, leasing and property management.
Karen McMichael, Leasing Agent - Florida
Karen McMichael specializes in retail shopping center leasing, property management, acquisitions, dispositions, tenant representation, and retail build-out. Karen has also successfully represented retail commercial interests for Wells Fargo, Kmart, KFC, & Western Auto. In 2000, Ms. McMichael began specializing in restaurant tenant representation and has concluded successful locations throughout Southwest Florida. Ms. McMichael has worked with TY Commercial Group since 1994 and is responsible for the day-to-day shopping center management and successful leasing of its Florida portfolio. She has held her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License since 1990.
Rachel Price, Lease Administrator
Rachel Price joined TY Commercial Group in 1994. She has held various positions within the company, and has been in her current position of Lease Administrator since 2007. Rachel works closely with the leasing agents to ensure a smooth process throughout the entire leasing or renewal process. Prior to joining TYCG, Rachel attended Bauder Fashion College and earned a fashion merchandising degree in 1992.
